Journey 10 Rolfing was started in 2018 by Olivia Uranga. Olivia's athletic background provided first-hand experience with improved performance and efficiency by Rolfing. It was with the vision of creating a Rolfing practice that was influenced by athletic optimization and greater utilization of our bodies, that this practice has centered around the athletic edge. The inner athlete in me always asks, "Why do something if it isn't showing results?!". And although being an "athlete" can seem far for some of us; if you break down movement to the basics, like we do within Rolfing, you will find we are all athletes, whether big or small. As a Rolfer, that makes our job the best because we will meet you wherever you are at and you will see and feel the results. Atlanta Rolfing
